  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

What Future Content Would You Like To See On The First Cycle Refresh For The GV70?

Sorry everyone for taking so long to update this thread.

Well that happened. After seeing the 2024 GV70 lineup, I can only say I already see a change at HMG without Herr Biermann 🍻, with basically no one’s wish list being answered really unless of course if you were after heavier harsher riding 21” wheels sooner in the line up, then your wish was answered with the Sport Advanced. Lol

The writings on the wall people, and yes this car is stunning, it was lovingly designed inside and out. Not to mention Albert’s top notch suspension tuning and engineering, but the reality is it’s 2023, and other than my fellow Puget Sounders’, the world is on fire! Not to mention what’s going on in the Atlantic Ocean, and then I realize my car that I absolutely adore, is a literal pig what it comes to cO2 emissions!

I have to say, where I am right now, the Ioniq 5 N looks tempting. Especially considering it is Albert’s last commitment to his old bosses. Hmmmmm….

Well, since the thread is still open...

I'd like to be able to mute the clicking sound when stopped waiting to turn with the indicator on. Tick tick, tick tick, tick tick, ...

The Turn Indicator sound was my worst peeve about the car. The pluses certainly out-weighed this, and I am getting "used" to it, somewhat

What I don't want to see is a major change in design language. While Hyundai changes style every time the chief designer changes their underwear, Audi, BMW and Merc have a consistency that makes them instantly recognisable no matter the year. Genesis needs to emulate this.

Why not just switch to the electric GV70?

Why not just switch to the electric GV70?
That’s a possibility for sure, but the E-GV70 doesn’t have those seats, all that cool aero or the simulated shifting, which since I haven’t tried I can’t comment if it’s a gimmick or if it would be useful, but I’d like to try it!

BMW doesn't change their design language? Have you paid attention to any of their recent designs?
