I want genesis to not give me the run around about the issues I am having with my vehicle. They did not put forth any effort in really looking at my suv. I also would like to take my vehicle to the dealership and get it back damaged. The dealership damaged my vehicle and gave me the run around for 3 months . And I was offered to pay for the damages 1300. And in good faith they would refund me. With the past experience I don’t trust I would get paid . Once the case is closed that’s it I don’t have mother to refer to cause I paid the bill. The Genesis dealership In Virginia is not held responsible for their wrong doing

Your post is a bit confusing. You talk about Genesis, then you talk about the dealer.

Genesis the car company is a corporation operating in California
The Genesis dealership is an independent business that sell cars under a franchise.

Who do you want to hold the dealership responsible for wrong doing?
If the dealer damaged the vehicle, they are responsible to have it fixed. If they are going to reimburse you, I'd want that in writing or the money up front.

You may want to talk to a lawyer. Seems to me, the responsibility lies with the people that did the damage.

EdP: I have tried everything as far as talking to everyone and now I’m tryin to find a layer that will represent me. I have a lot going on and financially I’m tryin to make it work . With time being a factor and me fighting this on my own, this might be a fight I lose.

The dealership that damaged your vehicle is in Virginia so Virginia law will govern. The OP doesn't indicate where he is from, only that he was in Virginia on business. So we don't know how convenient or inconvenient a small claims case in Virginia would be.

The threshold in Virginia is not more than $5K. The big problem in small claims court, and one that does apply in Virginia, is "removal". As you can see from the below citation, the defendant can remove the case to district court and that is what most corporate defendants do to individuals. So while theoretically the OP could sue in small claims court, he would likely end up in a regular court:

US legislatures are very good at appearing to help individuals while actually helping the big corporations instead.
