What is the best/smallest wireless Apple CarPlay adapter?

Well I use it with a SIM card, this allows me to switch between CarPlay and the tablet functions fairly seamlessly.

I gotcha. I returned it and got replacement. It connects fine but it seems to cut out while playing music much more frequently than the first one, that maybe cut out for half a sec about every 10 min or so. I wished a reputable company would make something like this

I had to give the device listed in the link below a try, on my 2023 GV70 as it was so inexpensive. It actually works. Once in a while, I have to reset it by unplugging it and reconnecting it, but usually the device takes between 10-15 seconds to connect, once I'm in the car. It's small enough to fit in the cubby hole with the USB outlets.

I've also installed this device in my 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia, and it works flawlessly in that car.
(It probably works better on the Alfa because it has less electronics to compete with.)

Since it is coming from China, it did take a few weeks.
But I have received everything I've ordered from Aliexprss.
For $10 you may want to give it a try.
