What is the RLC contol?

Hello,
New owner here. Bought a used 2015 3.8 AWD Technology with 21K miles.
I found a little black rotary knob to the right of the driver's leg. I looked on the back and it has a label: 'RLC'
What is this and what setting should it be?

It may well be a bass gain knob if the previous owner had a subwoofer installed.
