Sorry to start a thread on this specifically... but I can't find out what this black box is under the passenger side engine bay fuse box, and I'm hoping to avoid a service appt in the next couple of days, by nipping this myself, if possible. It's marked "FAM" in the diagram under the cover that encloses it, but a Google search yields nothing for me... all I get is info on car "fans". Anyone know?
Also; does anyone know how to replace the large blue fuses? *edit - turns out it's a relay... shows my mechanical knowledge* Do they just pull straight up and out? I've tried tugging at one but I can't loosen it and I'm worried I'll break something. I need to check one as my DRL's aren't working.
