Deleted and re installed but same thing, just that picture I posted. I also installed the Genesis app that is black with the silver wings. That app works fine after I registered. I can remote start the car and other things. I think the one I initially posted is a dead app.
 
That app is for Puerto Rico owners only.

I haven't found any Genesis/Hyundai android app that will work in Puerto Rico, so if this is actually right, could you please give me additional details? I would greatly appreciate it.
