What's my problem??

2013 3.8 sedan with all packages. Turned on the radio and thought that I was in France! English is gone as are just about all functions related to the DIS rotary knob. I saw a joystick problem in my searches; is this it? Through the miles I've seen strange items appear on th screen Elevatio, etc. I read about guys accessing all sorts of programs; how do I do this??

Thanks!! I found an item in a Consumer Reports site that gave info on resetting several auto makes.; held in the radio power button for ten seconds and... I'd still like to know more about those other settings that popped up.
