  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hello all. How much should I expect for Wheel Alignment? I noticed that my car's been pulling to LEFT. Could this be covered under warranty?

I purchased it on Jan 2009. Thank you in advance!

An alignment at my dealer runs $69.95 and they only will align for free within the first 12 months of ownership, so this may vary by dealer.

Get a 4 wheel alignment and also check air pressure in all 4 of your tires. Unequal air pressure even on the rear can cause a car to pull. I had this happen on my BMW and it was a rear tire pressure difference of about 12 lbs.

Firestone offers lifetime alignment for about $180. I have it for both my current cars. Considering that one alignment is about $70, it's basically free after the third alignment...

I, too, tout the value of the Lifetime alignment by Firestone. I've had it on most of the cars that I have owned in the past, and currently w/my '09 Genny. She's been realigned many times by one of the local Firestone dealerships. If you catch it at the right time, they offer special prices on the alignment package. I don't think I've ever paid more than about $130 or so for the deal, but even at the $180 you quote, it's still a steal!

Is that lifetime alignment with the car itself regardless of where the tires were purchased?
I hesitate to bring my car to a place other than a Hyundai dealership due to bad experiences with tires plus I had in the past.
