will the tsw carthage 18/8 high off set 5x114.3 fit the wheel well and over the calipers on my 2011 4.6
 
Define high offset. The genesis can take anything from 35 to 45mm I believe. Also, if the bore size is 67.1 or greater then you should be good

^ Wheel offset and width have nothing to do with brake clearance. The only relevant matter is the spoke design.
