Second Generation Wheel/Rim Up grade +1

I have a question ... I have a 2nd Gen Genesis AWD and I am in the market get another set of rim ... I would love to find the 19" that came with the 5.0 but no luck in finding any ... Can any one here recommend the off set that you went with and if you went staggered or not it would be great ...

I am currently looking at the following

19x8.5 5x114.3 +30 or +35 for all four corners and the tire size would be 245-40-19 ...

Any help would be great ...

I used what was suggested by tire rack.. you can get the 19's from the dealer for about 600 a wheel

Tire Rack matches closely to OE spec, and usually leaves you with the same (iffy) fitment as stock.

Agreed. If you are going for a more aggressive look pulling some measurements and www.willtheyfit.com is your friend. If going custom 3-piece then this 3-Piece wheel calculator is also helpful.

Here is a set of rims/tires we put on this experimantal Genesis:

20X9 fronts and 22X11 rears.
tires Sumitomo 275/40 F and 295/25 rear.

Tire pressure sencors installed, tires balanced perfectly.
they are as big as they can be without rubbing. We put lot's of R&D into this.
The car is gone now, but i still have a set of these.
i have specs written down somwhere, too.

There is a lot of history with user ZZR where they attempted to supply the Genesis community with products but were bashed pretty bad on another thread. I may not agree with the direction they were going with the products they offered I was pleased to see a vendor willing to add products to the small amount of aftermarket parts available. I'm surprised they are back posting again honestly. Please only comment about the wheels since this is what the thread is about.

Yeah have to agree with the others that shined, 5-stars do not look good on that car. I might also urge some reconsideration on the grille mod as well as the scoop.

Overall - it makes it look like it is trying awfully hard to be a dodge charger.

I think I will be replacing my wheels next year and was looking at a bunch of combos on Tirerack. It's too bad that Tirerack doesn't preserve and allow sharing of the generated rendering on your car in the correct color.

While there are some reasonable and knowlegeble people here 80% of Genesis owners who post here have very lttle knowlege of cars in general.
Also just like yourself, they tend to sway off topic and favor of establishing their (falce) sence of selfimportance. Narrowminded trolls picking away at things of no importance - like one's ability to spell.
