wheel stud

i just noticed a lug nut that wasnt all the way on , i tried to tighten and its crossed and just spins ,i had tires installed last year and with all going on i just now saw it , whats the best way to fix ?

Check to see if its the wheel lug nut or the stud that's defective.
If it's the lug nut then that's an easy replacement.
If it's the wheel stud, then its's probably a M12-1.50 thread. Not too difficult to replace, just do a google search.
