  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Which modification to buy?

Oh yeah forgot, I have the spark plugs also, haven't put them in yet but running map 2 with a jb4, the stock ones have not gave me any issues.

There are other tuners available for the 3.3T engine also. One of the better ones is offered by Vivid Racing
VR Tuned ECU Tuning Box Kit Kia Stinger 3.3L Turbo 370 PS 272 kW
Agency Power Dual Adjustable Blow Off Valve Kit Kia Stinger GT 3.3L

They are excellent tuners and can be tuned for specific additional modifications to the engine.

I'm curious if anyone has went this route with their tune choice. Havent done much research but theres nothing on here other than mostly the JB4. Stinger forum has more I would imagine?

I highly recommend jb4, my car is a beast now.

Yea I am just looking for ease of install. Not very handy with electrical and seems it's a PITA to do the OBDII connection, definitely not something I am interested in doing myself. The VR tune is all plug and play straight into factory harnesses from what I can tell on the install instructions and the power gains are very similar to JB4.

I understand not wanting to do it yourself. I'm sure if you posted where you live, someone would be able to help you. The install is easy, if you are even remotely competent. Just my 2 cents.

By any chances, if you live in Chicagoland area, I'd recommend my friend. He owns a shop and he installed everything for me, that includes gaping/replacing spark plugs, connecting all wires/plugs and OBDII.
