Whining Sounds Turning the Wheel 2015 Genesis

When I turn the the steering wheel left or right there is a whining sound, more like a buzzing.

In the olden-days I would have said the power steering pump was low on fluid or going out.

Seems like in this case it is the Steering Gear box or the Pump, maybe going bad?

Has anyone else had this issue?

Sounds like a loose core in the pickup for the steering. I am guessing that the button signals from the wheel are sent to the car's electrical system using an induction sender and pickup. Could be wrong.
