Not sure about loaner cars but I had an OK experience at Keyes Mission Hills where I bought my Genesis and a superior one at South Bay Hyundai. Plus the benefit of South Bay Hyundai is it's only a $7 uber ride to the beach while they work on your car!
 
Got mine from Allen Hyundai in Laguna Niguel and they have always offered me a loaner car when i've schedule for service, oil change etc. They just ask for a few days notice.

Really nice dealership, bought my wife's vehicle the same weekend as mine because we were really impressed by them.
