  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Will Sirius XM from previous owner stay if I register a vehicle on MyHyundai?

Just purchased a car and would like to keep the Sirius XM subscription
But at the same time a bit concerned, previous owner still possibly can start a car with his bluelink app

Sirius/Bluelink are separate subscriptions.

Not to worry. It is just like the relationship between your TV and Microwave. They both use electricity and it ends there. Different systems, different antenna.

Just be sure the BlueLink is changed to your name. Meantime, if it is not, call him in the morning to start the car for you.

Is it safe to reset all settings to factory defaults?
I was worried that if I do that it will ask me to sign in with my Sirius XM credentials. (like e.g. TV would do for Netflix)

Sirius radios run by ID not credentials. You can't change the ID either.
