Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. We specifically do all our music in Apple Lossless audio codec and it plays without any problems on our 2013 Genesis 3.8L sedan (premium package only) as well as our older 2009 Hyundai Sonata Limited. We tried with other lossless formats and understand Apple iPod isn't exactly the audiophiles dream machine but it plays great on all our vehicles. We tried the high end Cowon MP3 players and found their support lacking to say the least.
