  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Nope. 30 seconds it is and if you open the door, they won't operate at all.

And if u forget to close the sunroof after shutting the engine
u dont even get 30 seconds uggh!

While automation and many convenience features have made life pretty easy how soon we forget that each innovation always manages to take a little more control away from us.
Manufactures want to control the things we used to have to think about or had to take responsibility for because if/when an irresponsible person forgets to do something that could screw something else up that person just might launch a frivolous law suit which in the long run, affects us all.
It wasn't that long ago that top line cars like Rolls Royce, BMW and Cadillac had such crude things as crank windows, crank sunroofs too . The days of untimed ignition free control of motorized devices in cars are gone :D
When was the last time any of us 'rolled' up a car window before it rained with your keys in the house

The last vehicle I had to crank up/down a window in was a 1991 Ford Ranger pick-up. When I got ride of that ride it had over 251,000 miles on it. Hope this Genesis just makes it to 99,999 miles :D

No disrespect to Ford (only other two cars I've owned in my life were Tauruses and I gave up a 1997 Taurus for my new baby!) or Range Rovers in particular, but cars are lasting LONGER on road, not shorter, we just trade 'em in for new toys quicker!

Another thing they screwed up, windows and sunroof dont work in accessory mode and have a very short duration during the after-turnoff convenience mode. My 10 year old car had this..
