I recently noticed that my windshield wipers don't go back into the recessed position under the cowl. Does anybody know how to reset them to go back down completely. Thanks

if in auto mode they will sit slightly proud. turn all the way off and they should retract completely.
 
I do put them in the off position but they still stay proud.
