Winter tires on GV70

I downsized to 19" on aftermarket wheels with Nokian R3s!! from my ADV+ 21" rims. Smooth sailing no issues.

Thank you for quick and informative response. If you know, from a warranty perspective does it matter if I install 18 or 19 on GV70? I am not worried about aesthetics much - need to get through winter safely is my objective. Cost of 21" winter is more than double of the 18"

Genesis Dealership in Toronto area sell 19 inch as replacement package for the 21’s. Same diameter. More rubber smaller wheel.
