  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

My 2016 Genesis Sedan has an interesting problem. This morning when I got in my garage, I noticed that my wipers we’re going with my car turn off. I backed the car in my driveway, turned off the car, the wipers kept going. I had to take out the windshield wiper fuse in order to get them to stop.

When I put the fuse in, they start right up again, even with the car off. So now I can drive the car only if it is not raining or put the fuse in if I have to drive in the rain. The wipers will operate only are normal, will not go to fast or intermittent mode.

Any help with this problem will be appreciated. Thank you.

Likely a faulty wiper motor module. You'd need a dealer tool to confirm.
