  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Wireless Carplay stopped connecting today. Wired Carplay still works when I plug it in.

2022 GV80 Prestige. iPhone Pro 13 with IOS 26.0.1 (the latest).

I re-started the iPhone, and restarted the car several times. Also had the phone forget the car and re-pair to it. No joy.

The phone connects via Bluetooth to other devices, and works fine in all other respects that I can detect.

Anyone else having this problem? Did you fix it, and how?

I would recommend deleting the phone from your car, and then deleting carplay from your phone. Then reinstall everything. This has worked for others in the past so its worth a shot.

Thanks for the suggestion. I did everything but delete Carplay, and I have it back. I tried so many things that it's hard to determine which step solved the problem. But I'm happy for now.
