    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. I'm guessing it was the last update, but now suddenly I have wireless CarrPlay capabilities. I got a brief notification on my screen, but then it disappeared and was not able to make it work on my phone UNTIL I deleted my phone from my cars Carplay config and deleted the car from my phones CarPlay settings. Then re-set it back up and BAM...finally wireless CarPlay.
 
Did you have to install an update? Or was it automatically updated?

mine was automatically updated...I think back in late august? I remember turning the car off and then an message came across my screen that a 'radio update' or something like that would install. ...then like a week later something on my screen popped up about wireless CarPlay which tipped me off.
