Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Bad Worst Dealer Ever - Hyundai/Genesis of North Charleston SC

Hyundai/Genesis of North Charleston (SC) is a horrible dealer...stay away. Every visit to this dealer has been an exercise in frustration. Yesterday, after driving 1.5 hours to an appointment for a recall I was informed that they didn't have the parts. I had made this appointment a couple of weeks earlier, so I asked why no one contacted me to tell me the parts weren't available. I was told by the Service Manager "we don't provide that service". Don't ever buy a car or get service from this disaster.
