Would you use Mavis for repairs?

Just wondering, would you guys recommend using the dealer for repairs like brakes, and oil changes? I recently bought a 2015 Gen and was contemplating this. I always used Mavis for brakes and similar, but Mavis tends to use cheap Chinese parts (at least they did on my Cadillac) Of course the dealer is expensive.

I'd find a good reliable independent shop. One where you actually talk to the guy working on your car and know his name. They have a vested interest in customer satisfaction and want you to come back.

The chains are a crap shoot, some are good, others, not so much. You say they use cheap parts so not a good starte. The local guy will often use Big A or NAPA type suppliers.

Dealer has the benefit of genuine parts and people familiar with your car but tend to have higher prices.
