If it won't stay when you push it back in the slot, it needs to be replaced. You can see in this picture that the clips are slightly compromised and may not hold on correctly.

I think maybe it s part 21. Not rubber but black hard plastic. Your thoughts?

Yes, that is the one, part number 86591-G9000. Take a look at the clips I circled in my earlier post... If yours are like that it may not hold on very well but you can certainly try to push it back in place and see what happens. There is one available here from eBay (I've purchased from this seller with no issues).

Just purchased it on Ebay. Looks like couple of those rectangular inserts were broken off. I just mickey moused it and put a self tapping screw in underneath the moudling so that I do not "catch" it and do more damage before goes in next Friday. You have been extremely helpful!

That is very reasonable. Let us know how it turns out...

$100 to drop cover and install the dark chrome trim and the black hard plastic under bumper trim as well as the piece behind it. Parts 20 and 21 in the exploded front bumper diagrams. Chrome because of reflection appears dented but it is not. Thanks for all the help.
