  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

So every time I turn my car on I have to refresh my Sirius XM to get my subscription back. I read other threads with folks with this problem. Some were having their head unit replaced. Others said there was a TSB to get a software update. So my car is less than 1 year old, but has 14k miles. Will this fix (whatever it may be) be covered under warranty?

I canceled my subscription and it finally went away. TG. There were some mixes that I liked, but the sound quality was pretty bad and everytime I drove under anything, it dropped out.

I had this problem on my 2015 Ultimate. I have seen other posts mention a software update and TSB but I believe that is mostly speculation since my dealer was unaware of either, and replaced the head unit without question and resolved the subscription loss problem.

How many miles were on your car? I have 14k miles, is that still under warranty for the head unit?
