    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Yesterday was my b-day....

It can even happen to someone such as yourself who has a healthy lifestyle other than the occasional snack. I think the key is diet, exercise, and regular checkups.

Well, I'm not going to be the 'saint' when it comes to quality of diet (at least before this happened), bt I can assure you it has improved dramatically since then!

Your quote about the key being diet, exercise and regular checkups is like the gospel according to a nutritionist! That is 100% correct! We would all do well to invest whatever the cost (or co-pay) for a complete physical exam in substitution of the overpriced coffee and junk food we eat that's destroying our lives.
