  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Yet another reason why I won't be buying Ark Performance lowering springs...

I purchased a set of Ark lowering springs for my 2012 Kia Optima a number of years back. They were awful. Hitting bump stops constantly and AWFUL ride quality and an uneven drop. I just called them to ask about their springs for my Genesis. Long story short, I thought the conversation was pleasant and ended with me telling him I just didn't feel comfortable buying a set of springs without some sort of return policy I could live with (read: once you put them on your car you're stuck with them). And he hung up on me. Very rude. I was saying goodbye and trying to thank him for his time and he just hung up the phone. I detest customer service like this. Consequently I'm exercising my right to share my experience with other consumers such as myself so we can all make informed choices.

I understand why you called them even after your previous experience. Voting with your wallet is the only way these people will ever figure out what they may be doing to derail their own businesses. There are virtually no aftermarket parts available in North America for the Genesis. The production is so low and generally the buyers of these cars are not hot rodders.
