Has anyone been to their (or any) car show this year? Has Genesis represented? Mine is in two weeks and the online information says Hyundai but not Genesis, so idk.

they were in Vancity earlier this year. Genesis held a VIP event where they cordoned off their plot space and provided food, drink, and Genesis CAD execs to chat with.

According to Genesis.com my two local dealers have 116 Genesis vehicles in their inventory, mostly 2019. One would think this would focus their attention. One of the dealers is apparently not represented at all, no Hyundai models either. If I recall correctly there were no Genesis at my show last year. Thanks for the posts.

Ft Worth has a auto show this weekend. Floor plan shows Kia and Hyundai but Genesis is not shown. Could be at the Hyundai booth possibly since that is who is selling the vehicles? If so, not a good advertisement method to get identity and brand recognition for Genesis.

I attended the Chicago Auto Show in February. Genesis had a few representative vehicles there. Not a big display, but one that was well done. It’s difficult for them to make much of a splash with so few models.

Edit: I should point out that the Genesis display was nowhere near those for Kia or Hyundai. Very far away. Mixed in among Maserati, Mini, and Volvo.

Doesn’t look likeGenesis will be there. That show doesn’t show on the Genesis site so don’t be concerned that it will look bad appearing at the Hyundai booth

The 2019 Miami Auto Show is open until this Sunday, Floor Plan is showing Genesis to the left of the main entrance. Let's see if I have some time to go this Saturday.

There was a G70 at the car show in Boston last January.

Looks like no Genesis at the 2020 Portland Auto Show, both according to the Genesis website and the auto show site. I'll still probably go, because I just like seeing cars.

They were at the Orange County Auto show a couple weeks ago and will be at the Los Angeles Auto Show in two weeks.

pretty sure they have been at both for several years, would be suicide not to be considering the corp. offices are in fountain valley.

Went to the Charlotte show. No Genesis. Large Hyundai area. Rep said Hyundai corporate runs the show and made decisions. Said Genesis was here two years ago, not last two years. I told her I notice the Stinger (53k$) is represented at the adjoining Kia area. Shrugs. Asked her how many G70s she has seen in New York area which is her home. Shrugs. Stand has literature and dealer info. Nothing for Genesis. Disappointing.
Show included McLaren (3 cars!!) Maserati, Bentley, Alfa, Jaguar, Mercedes, BMW, Ferrari, Roush plus normal luxury brands so absence was noted.

Baltimore North American Auto Show had no Genesis and no Kia. Only Hyundai. Also, no events scheduled for 2020.
