Vibration measurement by Smartphone
Could you share your vibration measurement by Smartphone?
Some people (including me) feel the small vibration during idle. However, the degree of the vibration may depend on the person. Hence, I'd like to share the measurement standard or rule. The following is an example:
===========================
* Program:
Android - Vibration Meter (ver 1.4.5a)
IPhone - ?? (not free, The Best Vibration Meter +$0.99, Vibration $4.99)
* Smartphone: *** (e.g. Samsung Galaxy Note 3, IPhone 6, etc)
* Vehicle: *** (e.g. 3.8 AWD Ultimate)
* RPM: about 500 (after 20 min driving)
* AC off and Auto Hold off
* Measurement location: On the steering wheel (See my profile picture)
* Results: D mode - ?? P mode - ?? N mode - ??
PS. The results extremely depends on the status of the RPM, AC, and so on.
============================
My results is about 1.7 at D mode, 2.2 at P or N mode after 20 min driving.
However, 3.5~4 at D mode under 3 min.
