ZF eight speed transmission Question

I have read, somewhere, that when Hyundai went to the 8 speed trans there were 2 different suppliers, Hyundai in house for the 3.8 and ZF for the 4.6/5.0.

I also read that at some point the V8 trans changed to in house also.

Does anyone know what model year that occurred?

Here are the Genesis sedan transmissions:

• 2009-2011 V6 - Aisin 6-speed
• 2009-2011 V8 - ZF 6-speed
• 2012+ all engines - Hyundai 8-speed
