Yes...sorry I forgot to update.
Passenger seat rattles once in a while, but dealer tested other Genesis sedans and they concluded that the sedans they tested also have a passenger seat shake/rattle and is "normal".
They fixed the heated/cooled seat and I guess the ammonia smell was actually the electronics in the seat starting to fail.
Rear HVAC they said is operating as normal and they used a temp sensor and reached over 80 degrees in the rear seat I guess.
The engine never did make any clicking noise while at the dealer so there was nothing they could do. The last few times I've driven the car the engine has been perfectly quiet, so I will probably have another oil analysis done to see how things are going with the engine. Last analysis (which I have a thread on) results were good at 19,000 miles. I'm at 33,700 now and I will have the analysis done in the next few days since I probably will put the Genesis away for the winter in a few weeks. Got the winter tires on my Sonata yesterday.....................
Once I receive the results of the 2nd analysis I will post them. If this info seems confusing, my apologies as I'm feeling a little loopy from this cold medication I took.
FYI I have over 75,000 miles on my 2011 4.6 tech and the car has been near perfect. The Tau 4.6 is a great engine.
