  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Bought this great item at Brookstone recently. Fits well in both of our cars on top of the door arm rest. Goes a long way in improving driving comfort on a long trip. Check it out at your local Brookstone store.

You sure you got the right link for the arm rest item you stated that fits on top of the door arm rest?
What I see is a cylindrical pillow type of object that could be used to rest your neck on.

My posted links to Brookstone work fine. They show the pillow.

The pillow is advertised for neck support. Works great for me as a left arm rest cushion. I didn't say this was a custom fit automotive product. Be a little creative guys. If you are looking for a left arm rest cushion for long trip comfort, I recommend this item highly. It sits on top of the left armrest and stays there with some gentle pressure from the left arm. If you don't like it, please don't buy it. Find something else. You could always roll up a hand towel and wrap it with rubber bands. That would work too.

Awful touchy lately Ernie. Chill out, just a question.:p
Ok you use it to rest your left arm on the center console while driving. Now I understand.
I was just trying figure out how that worked on the drivers arm rest unless the driver controls are located on the right side of the car as it is in many countries.
