I purchased a 2013 Genesis 5.0 R-Spec in July, and I LOOOOVE my new car! But I've had a problem with my rear driver's window that has happened twice already! It has decided to roll down on its own! The first time it happened, I couldn't roll it back up, so of course I went straight to the dealer, and they couldn't replicate the issue, but they traced it back and found that one of the pins were loose, so they tightened it, kept it overnight to make sure it didn't go down again and sent me on my way the next day. The second time it happened, I was fortunate enough to be able to roll it back up, and again went straight to the dealer, and again, they couldn't replicate it. Told them that on both instances, it was an overcast/rainy day, so wondering if water/weather might be an issue. On the second trip to the dealer, they kept it overnight (again) and ran water over the closed window, but it didn't go down. I've since spoken with the Regional Manager of Hyundai who even got their lead engineers involved with the repair and so far haven't had it happen again, but I'm wondering if its only a matter of time before it does. Has anyone else had this problem? This is my first brand new car and as much as I love it, I'd hate to have to replace it for something else! Any help you all can give me would be appreciated!
