According to the feature sheet (link above) the 5.0 V8 has an optional suspension with continuous damping control. That suspension is adjustable and has a sport mode setting.I'm looking for pictures of the suspension.... How different is it than the previous generation.
I'm sure that is exactly what it means, because the up-level has "genuine aluminum" instead of the metalgrain for the same items. The term "metalgrain" just looks especially moronic to me.Since woodgrain means plastic that looks like wood, I am assuming that metalgrain is plastic that looks like metal. I know on some trim levels, they will have real aluminum trim, but maybe on base model those are just plastic that looks like metal.
I looked at close up photos of the new 2015 Genesis wheels and surprise, surprise the 3.8 is outfitted with the Dunlop 5000M tire! What is it that designers/testers see in this tire that we are missing? This tire is universally (well almost) panned here on the forum and on the Tirerack website it registers dead last in its category. There has to be something that these smart, accomplished designers see in this tire that we the end users don't. This reminds me of reading about the "best" wine or beer in Consumer Reports and then tasting that winning sample and just not understanding why it won. I just don't get it. I think we Genesis owners single handedly wrecked the rating of the Dunlop 5000M in Tirerack's surveys. There must be some aspect/property of a rigid tire that designers and hard core sport car fans appreciate that most of us everyday drivers are missing.
Lots of neat stuff. I sure don't want to buy one the first year or two. I really prefer my cars in my garage and not the dealers.
Am I the only person that doesn't like that front grill? Maybe I need to see it in person.

Sure hope that info is fluid.
