16-way Driver Seat?

I noticed the listing in Canada shows the drivers seat as 16 way adjustable on all models except the base which has 12 way adjustable. I also noticed 12 way adjustable is the only offering on the US models. What in the heck could the extra 4 way be?

EDIT: Figured it out. Same deal just described differently. US calls it a 12-way and then the list the thigh support (in/out) and the side bolster which comes only with the thigh support (inflate/deflate) separately. Canada simply calls this 16-way.
