Assuming you have 235/55R18. You could go to 255/50R18, assuming they won't rub. I haven't checked the clearance when the wheel is locked left or right. This is also assuming the rim can hold that size tire. Looking at the stock tire, the sidewall is already outside the rim plane (at least the stock Michelin Energy on my car are).
