I have a 2013 Genesis 3.8 Premium and Tech packages. What year Genesis have the same wheels as the 2013. Will earlier years have the same wheel I am looking to get a matching wheel for a the spare.

I am not so sure. I would go to your dealer parts department, give them your VIN, and get a part number, and then search around for that part number at various sites (new parts or used parts).
 
Yes. Just make sure they match. Would be silly if you had mismatched wheels.
