TSB Question

My '09 just lost it's brake lights.

There is a TSB out on the Z01 diode which needs to be replaced.

If a TSB is issued does this mean the fix is covered by Hyundai if out of warranty?

If not any idea of cost to replace?

Not sure if it is covered out of warranty. If it were a mandatory TSB or recall it definitely would be. But the TSB below seems to just contain instruction on how to fix it and does not mention any recall. But it should not cost too much to fix (except that the minimum labor charge is probably going to be at least $50 and the part cost is about $8. Don't forget those shop supplies, etc). You might see if you can get the part at the dealer and fix it yourself.
