what a hassle when doing business out of state. a great deal though in the end. the car is certified with 16,996 miles. i negotiated from 30,000 to 26895 . not bad for a certified with only 16,996.
i think they screwed up because when it came time to close the deal, a lower level sales manager got on the phone and said we can't do it- we need another thousand. what ? nope. you quoted and promised a price of 26895 and ran my credit. he wouldn't honor his word so i called the general manger as well as Hyundai USA to complain. long story short, they were made to honor what they originally promised. too bad it had to come to that but it is what it is.
now i'm just waiting on them to verify in writing that there are no major scratches , dings, blemishes, dents or stains, inside or out. i requested this friday and they still haven't emailed me back. the pictures look good but i still can't tell 100 % re scratches, dings, etc.
just hoping i don't exp the oil consumption problems with this car.
