Glass with sound insulation reduces all noise to some degree. However, tire noise "tends" to come up from the bottom of the car. The best way to reduce tire noise is to purchase quiet tires. At least on the Genesis, tire noise is common on the OEM tires (especially Dunlops). Getting a tire that is known to be quiet will fix that problem. Tires should be inflated to 33 PSI or only slightly higher. Obviously, if you drive on terrible roads, then not sure what can be done about that. Thanks alot for your help. Changing my windows will cost too much, so do you think its worthy to change my normal windows with double glazed windows? If the change is not dramatic?

As far as wind noise, on the Genesis that is usually the result of a window not closing all the way, and/or some problem with the rubber gasket around the windows. Some people have reported wind noise caused by a problem with the side view mirror, which they got the dealer to fix under warranty.
