  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

OK..

I would like to turn the DRL's off..(Permanently).. on my 2014 Sedan.

Any input would be appreciated...:)

OK...why?

I don't like them...or feel they're needed..

I'll trade my 2010 lights for your 2014. Problem solved.

Well, you could remove the bulbs. Of course, you would lose your highbeams too then.

Haha i don't blame you. Figured it was worth a shot.

Wow- I was hoping someone figured out a way to delete the DRL's. My last three cars were VW's and their VW forum "Fred's TDI" is great. If I had a question- posts were answered in minutes. I was able to delete the DRL's through various methods on all three.

I just bought a 2012 as was wondering the same thing.

On my 2007 Lexus IS250 you can't do it on your own - a dealer has to disable it with their "techstream" computer via the OBDII port. Wondering if its the same with this....

I went to a junk yard and picked up the headlight connectors to make a DRL bypass wiring harness adapter. I sold my car not too long ago and still have the adapter. PM me if you want to buy it from me.

Not sure if you still have the bypass, but I sent you a PM to find out.
