  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

In browsing around about the Prada grill and front camera retrofit, especially how the wiring is already present (And an option in the engineering menu), I came across these pieces:

So obviously the parking sensor button got relocated to the center console since the front camera button took it's place:

And in the KDM version the passenger gets a ventilated seat button, which according to the US parts diagrams, there is an air duct in the passenger seat...

There is a sport button, from what I've read, there is no 5.0 R Spec, instead they got a Dynamic Drive edition, and you can purchase the DD suspension from KAI and it's not electronic, so that leaves me to assume if the sport button does anything (I swear it does nothing in my wife's Rogue) it's engine and transmission related.

Has anyone had the console out and noticed extra wiring/plugs for these switches?

Cant see any of the pics. I have had the console out numerous times and have pictures that could be compared. Fix the pics and lets find out.

You will need to also order the Cluster Ion Generator which goes for around $50.
As well as the auto leveling sensor and air suspension.

Not worth it in my opinion.

What may be more worth it is to retrofit the Automatic Trunk which has been done before in Korea. I will have to look into it in the future.

Air suspension, that explains the other button. I see the part number for the rear air spring on the Equus also comes up as fitting the Genesis, but cannot find the same result for the front strut assembly from the Equus.

Do you have any information on the OEM air suspension conversion?

Could you not just have a dead button...?

That would negate the purpose of the retrofit but I would keep it with a dead button mostly due to cost.
