Hello,
Just purchased a Certified PreOwned 2012 V6 sedan after selling my 2007 Saab 9-5 Aero wagon and 2003 Lincoln LS V6. Decided on the Genesis after evaluating what was out there in my price range with low mileage that was the spiritual successor to the LS. The power of the GDI V6 is shockingly good and the 8spd trans really helps with the gas mileage, good thing since I'm starting a cross-country move from the DC area to the California Bay area this week. Still getting some perfectionist issues worked out with the car since it is certified but VERY happy with the car overall.
I'll be searching lots and trying to avoid the worst of the noob questions. Right now the plans are to get to CA and perform the 60K mile maintenance. After that I might look into the possibility of adding some of the toys the car was not optioned with like power folding mirrors, rear sunshade, and the power tilt/telescopic steering wheel.
Happy to be here!
