Thanks, Huddleston. My only regret is that I'm moving back before the presidential elections are over! The ability to ignore the media frenzy is the best (only?) good reason to not live there. But it's time to go home.

I understand completely. Years ago I spent a good amount of time living outside the US and although it was a wonderful experience I was looking forward to being home. As for the upcoming elections... we'll not even get into that.

As I said, glad you are back and hopefully you'll check both generations out and become an owner again!

Moving back in mid-April. China is actually a 5 - 6 hour flight north of Singapore, but I'm in the Shanghai area every month or two for business. Will visit Beijing and the Maldives in March with my wife as our final Asian excursion. We visited 18 countries while we were here. One thing to watch out for in China is poor air quality...bring 3M masks.

Thank you for the warning. At first I'll be in Henan, then either Shanghai or Guangzhou down south. Those 3M masks really protect you from the pollutants?

Absolutely. The N95 mask is legendary in these parts.

Well, it's done. I just test drove a black on beige '16 3.8 AWD Ultimate at my brother-in-law's dealership. He'll drive it as a demo until I move back in April, which will allow him to augment the already-great family discount even more. We haven't calculated the final numbers yet but I hope to get the $52K sticker down at least $10K. Can't wait to be a Genesis owner again!
