This doesn't work. The AWD Ultimate 3.8 MSRPs for 3k more than the 5.0.
 
I just picked up an CPO Ibiza blue, 3.8 HTRAC Ultimate with 2500 miles for 37.7k + TTL. From what others are saying it's not a world-beater deal but I'm happy with it.
