  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

What is the correct tire pressure for these? Should I just set them to the same pressure the 235s were at?

Correct. The tire pressure setting is inside the driver's door. But you can then tweak a bit to suit your preference. Just remember that over or under-inflation cause uneven tire wear.

Technically tire pressures are specified to the tire load capabilities for the vehicle they are installed on.
Example (not fact, I didn't look it up) - a 235/45/19 is rated to support 1000lbs at 35psi and a 245/45/19 is rated at 1100lbs at 35psi you could then do the math to figure what tire pressure you could run in the 245 to equal the same pressure of the 235. It may affect wear but in theory it shouldn't. ;)
