DIS, Navigation and Multimedia Users Guides for 2015-2017 Ultimate Sedans

Hey Everyone,

My wife and I bought a 2016 Genesis 3.8 AWD Ultimate Sedan on January 2, 2017 which came with the normal "Owner's Manual", but nothing covering the DIS, Multimedia and Navigation systems. I asked the dealer to get them for us and was told that they were not available and that I could just read them on-screen in the car.

I ended up calling Genesis Customer Support which told me the same thing as the dealer...they do not exist...they are not available...we can't get them for you.

It took a little persistance, but I finally talked to someone who made the extra effort to search around and find them in PDF format. She then sent them to me on a USB memory stick. I was told that they applied to all DH Sedans with the Ultimate trim package for 2015, 2016 and 2017 year models (Both the Hyundai Sedan and Genesis G80 versions).

I have stored them in a shared folder in my personal DropBox account.

I took delivery of my '17 G80 last week. Included was a separate "DIS Navigation System / Quick Reference Guide". It looks like the other manuals and has 92-page sections for each of four languages. It covers AM/FM radio, SiriusXM, Audio CD/MP3, DVD/VCD, Jukebox, USB, iPod, Pandora, Aha, Aux, Bluetooth, Siri, Voice Recognition, and Navigation.
It is the same as the first DIS manual link shown in Post #1.
It's P/N: MBM65556004. I should assume it's available from Hyundai/Genesis.

The DIS, Multimedia and Nav Manuals are not available in My Hyundai and they've been removed from Hyundai's Resources Link as well (no longer lists Genesis models). Very strange, not sure why these would be pulled but they're apparently hard to come by in electronic (pdf) form. It's a shame David Fitzgerald, or others that originally downloaded his copies, can't repost the link(s) here again.

I have the 2018 manual and it is probably 99% the same operation. It is 26MB so I can't email it but if anyone has a site to post to I'd do so.

Today, I picked up a complete set of manuals for a 2015 Genesis from my dealership, so somebody has them. I have a 2016, and I brought it to their attention that according to the 163 point inspection sheet for CPO vehicles, a set of manuals was to be with the vehicle.
The set was new and had an Owners manual, Owners Handbook Supplement, Multimedia [Nav and Radio], Airbag warning, Quick reference Guide, and a Service Log Book with pen. All in a nice flap pouch.
Looking at the controls in manuals, it looks like mine

Thanks nwhit, that's what we've been looking for. I have all my original paper manuals as well as the PDF Owner's Manual and Supplementary Guides/Brochures, but this PDF version of the DIS/Nav/Multimedia Manual is a tough one to find. Kudos for putting it up here.

I will create a download link and post soon for ALL the 2015-16 Manuals and Guides soon for simplicity.

I have a 2015 Genesis 3.8....My screen works as long as I touch it but my DIS no longer works..ie...I can no longer control it with the dial and none of the buttons work. Any thoughts on what's wrong?
