Fluttering noise which goes away once car is driven a bit can often be caused by an unsecured heat shield. The exhaust heats quickly during vehicle operation, affecting the fit of associated heat shields and explaining how the sound dissipates once the vehicle is driven a few miles.
Might be worth taking a very thorough look at all heat shields to very fit & fasteners.
