Just purchased 2012 Genesis 4.6 with 125,000 miles, what maintenance is recommended?

Car is in great shape and rides great. No accidents, dents or dings, few scratches. Very little wear in the interior. Im the 3rd owner. Previous owner had it for 5 years and put about 45,000 miles on it. He says that all maintenance has been done by dealer. For arguments sake, lets say it wasn't maintained by the dealer, what should I check and/or do? Would I be able to obtain a service history from Hyundai? Thanks

Congratulations.

Get Carfax or AutoCheck reports. Call dealership that previous owner used and talk to them.

Transmission drain, new filter and refill, no fluid is "lifetime". Spark plugs if not done and of course all filters including fuel filter and fuel tank air filter.

pretty much hit the nail on the head, cant go wrong with a general tune up and fluid changes

This was just from the last 5 years of ownership. The thread title states the car has 125K.

5L should be enough for a drain/fill, but if you're one to let it drain overnight, 6L will be more than enough.

Im the 3rd owner. Previous owner had it for 5 years and put about 45,000 miles on it.

So, doing the math, the first (original) owner had it for 3 years and put 80,000 miles on it. That's a good bit of driving there.

Look into the car and see, if you can't find anything wrong then you can get a carfax or something that would prove that the maintenance has been done on the car correctly. Another thing is you can ask what dealership he went to, then g check in and se what maintenance has been done and what the car needs.

My 2012 3.8 that I purchased at 8000ish miles (I think in 2012) is now due for a few maintenance and fixing related things:

1. Trans flush; the dealers quoted me $200 2 years back I think and now are at $300 and honestly with the cost of the fluid would just pay them assuming they will do what they said that its a 3x drain and fill.
2. The rear-diff was quoted at $150-$175 and I guess should be done with the above.
3. Had a fuse blow out and there are spares in the hood area but its only 1 so hopefully you dont blow another one of the same size or get some spares.
4. Battery - This car has a lot of electronics and will run into issues with weird things when the battery is not quite 100%. My OEM lasted 7ish years and i proactively changes it to another one as part of the maintenance.
5. Not sure yet about brake fluid flush and coolant flush.
6. Invest in a good set of Winter tires if that applies to you (not sure about IN weather) as that makes a big diff in this car.
7. Check the brake/rotor life and lookup my thread if needing the components as I've shopped and posted a thread about this.
8. Air and Cabin filters are easy to see if they need replacement.
9. Check oil and if you want to know more about the engine condition get the oil tested (Blackstone?) etc to see if anything there jumps out as it might be worth the $50-$100 going price these days.

Other items that need fixing for me:

1. Fixing the defrost/windshield blower as no air hot/cold comes up.
2. Pass door wont lock/unlock.
3. Some sort of an exhaust manifold sound near the engine making the car sound loud but not real issues just yet.
